Our Approach: Flourishing in Practice

All Unbridled TN programs are shaped by Flourish Pathways, a Christian coaching framework informed by the Global Flourishing Study and delivered through hands-on work with land and animals.

  • We use horses, animals, and land as active participants in the learning process. Students develop awareness, confidence, and emotional regulation by engaging in real-time, relational experiences that require presence, responsibility, and care.

This approach allows growth to emerge naturally through interaction rather than instruction alone.

  • Our programs intentionally support confidence-building by placing students in structured, achievable challenges. Working with animals provides immediate, honest feedback, helping students develop calm leadership, self-trust, and resilience.

These skills consistently transfer into home, school, and social environments.

  • Flourish Pathways is informed by insights from the Global Flourishing Study, focusing on whole-person development across key domains such as purpose, relationships, emotional health, and responsibility.

Rather than performance or competition, our emphasis is on sustainable growth and long-term well-being.

  • Our work is grounded in a Christian understanding of human flourishing. Faith informs how we structure programs and care for participants, but instruction remains welcoming, respectful, and appropriate for families at varying stages of belief.

Participation never requires religious performance or prior faith knowledge.

  • The confidence, responsibility, and relational skills developed here are designed to extend beyond the farm. Families often report noticeable changes in communication, self-regulation, and initiative in daily life.

Our programs are designed for:

  • Children, teens, and adults who grow through hands-on learning

  • Families seeking outdoor-based programs

  • Students who benefit from confidence-building environments

  • Those interested in formation over competition

No prior horse experience required.
